Uept. of Natural Resource With regard to the above and your letters dated July 1, 1982 and September 1, 1982 to Braley Sand & Gravel, Inc., copies of which are attached, I write (Attachments No. 1 and No. 2). First, you state that annual fees for the years 1981 and 1982 totalling $700.00 are due and were due July 15, 1982. Previously, I corresponded with you regarding this matter. Attached please find a copy of my letter to you dated December 7, 1981 (Attachment No. 3) . In that letter, you will note the history of this operation and the fact that the 1981 Annual Report Fee was paid as a part of our application fee to amend our Regular Permit issued in July of 1980. As a consequence, then, having paid the 1981 Annual Report Fee and the Report being filed in the nature of the documentation with the Application for Amendment, Braley Sand 5 Gravel, Inc. owes the 1982 Annual Report Fee of $350.00. Attached please find a check in that amount. If this is not correct, or you do not agree, please call so we can discuss the matter. In reviewing the file, you should find that the 1981 Annual Report Fee was paid and the 1981 Annual Report was provided as part of the documentation with our Application for Amendment (again, please see Attachment No. 3).
