Location and Number of Acres Disturbed in 1998: <br />No new disturbance. <br />C). Location and Number of Acres Backfilled and Craded in 1998: <br />Approximately 5.6 acres were backfilled and/or graded during 1998. These areas included Pond <br />3 and Pond 4 shown on the attached map as reclamation areas R and Q respectively. <br />D). Location and Number of Acres Topsoiled in 1998: <br />The reclaimed ponds where of pre-law constmction; thus no topsoil or subsoil were salvaged to <br />stockpiles. The ponds were incised with the non-segregated soil materials forming the <br />embankments of [he ponds. This material was pushed back into the incised ponds [o restore <br />approximate original contour, graded and ripped in preparation for seeding. The ditches <br />associated with [he ponds were also backfilled, graded and ripped. <br />E).
