• Digital Submission of 1995 Annual Reclamation Report <br /> Seneca Coal Company, in cooperation with the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, <br /> submits the 1995 Annual Reclamation Report with maps and fllee on floppy disc. The <br /> narrati ve portion is a Microsoft Word Version 6.0 file~~IIW95ANL.doc. Exhibits 95.1, 95.2a, <br /> 99.2b, 95.3, and 95.4 are AutoCad Version 12 drawing ESlee. The drawing fil e scale is 1 <br /> inch = 400 feet. Many of these Eilee are too large to Eit on a single 3.5 floppy disc <br /> ([hose with a •.zip Eile extension) so they have been compressed using PKZIP . Before you <br /> can view these files in AutoCad 12 you moat decompress them using PKUNZIP. <br />1995 Disturbance Area <br />The 1995 Annual Reclamation Report, Exhibit 95.2a, shows the limits of disturbance ae of <br />December 31, 1995. A total of 9.2 acres were final graded in 1995. These areas are shown on <br /> Exhibit 95. 1, 1995 Annual Reclamation Report. <br />Light use Roads <br />No new light use roads were added during the 1955 field season. <br />Soil and Spoil Monitoring <br />sCC ie required by Permit C~82-057 to monitor the salvage, storage, and redistribution of <br />soil and the spoil handling operations at Seneca II~W Mine. Specific programs include <br />documenting soil recovery, verifying soil redistribution th icknese, determining final <br />graded spoil suitability in the Lennox Coal outcrop sampling area, determining soil <br />fertility, evaluating plant rooting characteristics, recording the source of replaced soil, <br />and completing an annual soil balance. The following sections present the soil and spoil <br />monitoring data for the 1995 calendar year. <br />• I <br />
