Please be advised that according to records of the Division of Mi erals and
Geology the following annual fee(s) and report(s) are past due. ffhe Division
MUST receive ALL fees due no later than 4 p. m. on June 18, 1993
If the annual fees and reports due are not received by the Divisibn by
June 18, 1993, a Notice of Violation, Civil Penalties equal to th amount of
the annual fee, and a Notice of Formal Public Hearing before the fined Land
Reclamation Board for consideration of Permit Revocation and Reclamation Bond
Forfeiture will be issued for each account. The Division will also turn this
account over for collection to Central Collection Service, for the State of
Colorado, and the account will also be reported to TRH Credit BUrE'aU.
Please be aware that no permits for new mining operations shall b~ granted to
any operator who is currently found to be in violation in this state
(C.R.S. 34-32-120).
