Dear Hoard Members:
in compliance to the Rules and Regulations of the Hoard,
please find enclosed a check #46405 in the amount of 5350.
full payment of the annual fee, Rlso, as required, the
following information is provided for the annual report.
1) Approximately 8.5 acres were disturbed at the east
edge of the permitted area.
2) All of the reclamation being performed at this time
is incomplete. There were 0 acres completely
reclaimed in 1989.
3) As shown on the enclosed photograph, sloping of the
excavated areas is complete as close as possible to
the mining activity. Approximately 500 linear feet
was done this year. The outlined lake to the west
has been sloped and topsoiled, approximately 3300
linear feet. Plantingg is scheduled for spring, 1990.
Other activity for L984 was the stockpiles of
topsoil and overburden created and placed as shown
for future reclamation,
4) No vegetation was planted this year.
5) No fertilizers or soil conditioners were applied
this year.
b) Reclamation efforts are apparently successful and in
accordance with the mining plan.
7) An estimated 20 acres will be affected in 1990.
8) The effective date of this report is 1!23/90.
