G i 11 i s: GMSion of t;;;naraa 8 Gepfogy
The strong objections to this proposed gravel pit, as
contained in my Setter dated Dec. 1, 1994 copy enclosed,
are still current. The only change xould~be the value of
our property has escalated based on recent Sand transactions
in the immediate area.
A further concern on our part is that the usual timely
notification of property owners allowing for local
hearings prior to the Denver hearing has been avoided.
The first and only notice is your letter delivered by
Certified Mail early this week. Am I missing something
or has the customary legal process been intentionally avoided?
After three years of being threatened xith the loss of my
land rights, this nonsense should be stopped now.
Thank you for your attention to this letter.
very truly yours,
Dean E.
