It was my thought that the mis- <br /> understandings about the plat had been resolved in January , <br /> but as it turned out, they have continued. However, the <br /> operator and the surveyor have now walked the ground to- <br /> gether with the plat , and I think we are all clear about <br /> where the permitted area lies . <br /> It is also clear that the permit must be amended to include <br /> the greatest portion of the owned acreage, which will approx- <br /> imately double the permitted area. I shall begin immedi- <br /> ately on the paper work, and the surveyor is working on a <br /> plat of the proposed area, to include the additional acre- <br /> age. As soon as that is ready, I will sit down with the <br /> Nottinghams and try to develop a realistic reclamation <br /> timetable.
