The fee is for the reporting period October 10, 2003 to October 10, <br />2004. <br />There has been no activity at this site during the reporting period. There currently are no <br />plans to resume operations in the near future. <br />A copy of the financial warranty is attached as per-the requirements of 2CCR 407-1, <br />407-4 and Rules 1.15(1) (a). The bond is for $38,000 which is sufficient for current <br />reclamation requirements. Holnam, Inc. changed its name to "Holcim (US) Inc on <br />December 12, 2001.
