Extraction is continuing in Area III of the 1997 Technical Revision. A map is included
(as modified from the 1996 Technical Revision) to show the approximate extent of
extraction and fill to date; and intended azeas of extraction for the 2003-2004 period. The
azea of fill in Area I has slightly increased from the yeaz 2002 annual report.
Finish extraction, grading, recoiling and revegetation of the basin shown in areas vi
through ix will continue over the next year. Plant activities remain in the backfilled
southeast corner of the NorthEast quarter section of the permit azea.
