Yearly Sediment (ac-ft)
0.15
0.003
0.12
0.05
From the past history of sediment delivery to all of these ponds there should still be more
than adequate sediment storage available. SCC did survey ponds 004 and OOB In 1998, but was
unable to locate the previous survey information. Based on the information provided above,
SCC recommends [he next sediment surveys be conducted in 1999 for all four sedimentation
ponds and a complete evaluation can [hen be conducted.
SCC is required by Permit C-80-005, Volume 12, Tab 13, Appendix 13-9 (from TR-21) to
provide as-built drawings for all temporary stock tanks that were constructed in [he
previous year. Three new stock tanks were constructed durl ng 1998. The as-built
certifications are being prepared at the present time and will be submitted separately [o
the D1 vision as soon as construction is complete.
Wildlife Monitoring
Duri nq April 1995, a Columbian Sha cp-[ailed Grouse lek was discovered on [he reclaimed land
at Seneca II Mlne, (lek M11.
