Ul 1 om: <br />On December 11, 1990 the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division <br />conditionally approved the technical revision application submitted to the <br />Division on November 1, 1990, addressing the site stability concerns. The <br />terms of TR No. O1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into <br />Permit No. M-88-101. <br />The conditions of the Division approval are noted below. Please note that all <br />other provisions of Permit No. M-88-101 remain in full force and effect. <br />1. By May 31, 1991, rip rap sized to withstand the 25-year 24-hour <br />storm event mrst be placed adjacent to the stream such that the <br />base of the pit outslope is protected from erosion. The Army Corps <br />of Engineers mist be contacted prior to placement of this material <br />in order to determine the necessity of a dredge and fill permit. <br />2. A minimum 15 feet wide berm mist be maintained at its present <br />elevation at the pit edge above the outslope. Equipment shall not <br />access the berm.
