Enclosed is
our check number 02646 in the amount of $550.00 to pay this fee. This letter and attachments
are to serve as our Annual Report.
There have been no changes since our last Annual Report. The property has not been operated
for a number of years. Reclamation has been started, but no additional reclamation was done
during Report Year 2005, We are currently very close to entering into an agreement for the sale
of the Camp Bird Mine property. Initial proceeds from this sale will be used to finish up the
remaining reclamation to be done on the site. Currently, we anticipate starting work at the
property in mid to late June, depending upon weather conditions. Based upon representations
made to us, the potential buyer is not interested in mining at the property.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
RECEIVED
Sincerely,
CAMP BIRD COLORADO, INC.
