Therefore, all recortled <br />monitoring events are considered Baseline. <br />The D32-0 Monitodng Point is on upper Terror Creek. It is located at the Cottonwood Stomp /ord. This point is used to obtain <br />conductivity pH and temperature readings. The imegu/arstream channel found at this location does not provide an adequate <br />method of determining flow values.
