annual fee, report, and map required by C.R.S. 34-32-116(3 and 4) and
34-32-127(2)(a)(II)(A-D) must be submitted annually on or before your permit
anniversary date. The annual fee (this is NOT a renewal fee), report, and map are
for mining and reclamation during the previous year, and are due anti payable,
unless your reclamation bond has been released in its entirety, by i:he anniversary
date listed below.
