Please refer to the map attached for the areas <br /> discussed in this report. <br /> We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br /> questions as required in Rule 1 . 15 of the Rules and Regulations and <br /> the Annual Notice Letter, <br /> (1) No new area was disturbed this year, mining continued in LAKE <br /> ROBERT, the lake area east of the Lowline Ditch. All water <br /> surface areas are colored blue on the map. The plant site <br /> remains at 8.71 acres ±. There are three temporary sand <br /> stockpiles, two in LAKE ROBERT and one in LAKE MARJORIE these <br /> piles are still being used. We mined deeper in LAKE ROBERT <br /> this year and removed materials stockpiled in past years that <br /> were located within the Plant Site area. The areas of <br /> disturbance remain unchanged from last year.
