The current activities in western Colorado associated with oil and gas
has placed equipment and personnel for P&A operations at a very high premium and
scheduling for plugging is a 90 day plus waiting list unless there is a cancellation. Currently
American Soda is scheduled for February 8, 2005 unless there is an earlier date made
available by a cancellation of another project. As soon as this well is plugged we will submit a
report.
Should you have any questions or require more information concerning this matter please
contact me at 970-285 -0407.
Environmental
and Safety Mc
cc: Kent Walter/BLM
Erica Crosby/CDMG
Delivering a Crystal Clear Advantage
www.americansoda.com
