The well was noted as <br />' dry during 1994. <br />Consumptive Use <br />t None. The mine is reclaimed and is therefore idle. <br />Anticipated Impact <br />' There was no recorded flow of surface water from the permit or <br />adjacent area into either Naturita Creek or the San Miguel River <br />' during the year. Bramiers Draw, Section 33 Creek and Broad Canyon <br />were all noted as dry during the year. There was no discharge from <br />the sediment ponds during the year and all of the minor surface <br />' run-off from the mine was contained in the ponds.
