-Undulations in Cell 3 are being formed this year, and the entire eastern shoreline will be seeded in the
spring of 2002. Mining operations will continue in Cell 3 through 2002. The remainder of the cell will be
stripped and then mined using the dragline and loaders with concurrent reclamation of its shorelines.
