Active mining operations continued in the French orooertv during this report vear. We mined the north
end of the orooertv. finishing in November 2006. We had begun the 3:1 sloping required for reclamation
in the south end of the property last year. We sloped and lined the rest of the French orooertv this report
vear. The settlino ponds and the orocessingplants remain located in the Lohmann orooertv. During the
next report vear we hope to mine 10 acres in the Lohmann property and do more reclamation (toosoiling
and seeding) on the French Property. Please see the attached map for areas.
