This affected our wining and recle~ation plane. This
high water table actually started in 1980 and continued is 1981 and 1982.
This has caused ue concern about the elevation for proper sloping in relatioa-
ahip to our orginial reclesation plan. Became the voter table r:ieee and falls
throughout the year we hews been observing the ponds to see if ve can obtain
a reasonable idea of what the voter level variations will be. To date ve are
still studying the utter and anticipate farther study through 1982.
This, coupled with the Pact that ve were again approached to Bell a portion
of this property to the Lazar IItilitiea Board, hoe caused ue to do only minor
reola~ation since the last annual report. (Peat reports and letters to Mr.
Jaaee Schaeding will give you the background on previous talks vii:h the
Laslax• IItilitee Board and their reasons for xanting the property and for not
sloping the area.)
Therefore, the following annual report is aub~itted.
t.
