The title revision and date have been added to [he first page of the <br />report; Also, a photograph of fill 7 under-drain construction with placement of mazifi fabric. <br />2. 4'" Quarter 2001-Fi119. The title revision and date have been added to the first page of the <br />report. Also, photographs of fill 9 under-drain construction with placement of marifi fabric. <br />3. 1"Quarter 2002-Fill 7. A copy of the certified inspection is enclosed. <br />4. April 12, 2002-Fill 7 Specific Report. The title revision has been added to the first page of the <br />report. Grade measurements were taken with a hand level and verified by survey by Terry <br />Surveying. Terry Surveying is constructing a map of the fill and 511 drainage. Grades will be <br />shown on this map and submitted to [he Division in a future inspection report. Rip rap and <br />channel sizing were also noted; details will be documented in the 2""quarter <br />inspection/certification report. <br />5. 1" Quarter 2002-Fill 9. The title revision has been added to the first page of the report. Grade <br />measurements were taken with a hand level and verified by survey by Terry Surveying. Terry <br />Surveying is constructing a map of the fill and Fill drainage. Grades will be shown on this map <br />and submitted to the Division with the 2"d Quarter inspection report. Photographs aze included in <br />item number two (above). <br />6. January 25, 2002-Fill 8 Specific Inspection. The title revision has been added to the first page of <br />the report. The typographic error has been corrected; fi118 is a valley fill. Photos of under - <br />drain construction aze included. <br />Please be assured [hat future reports will address the information requested by the Division.
