The report were <br /> received by the Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Division <br /> on October 30, 1997 and June 30, 1998 respectively. <br /> After careful consideration we are pleased to grant an approval for <br /> this remediation plan. The Plan includes excavation and land <br /> farming of the contaminated material, excavation verification <br /> sampling, soil treatment monitoring and reclamation of the land <br /> farm. After remediation and review of the excavation sampling and <br /> soil monitoring data, the Colorado Department of Health will <br /> evaluate this site for closure. <br /> The Division is required to bill for its review of technical <br /> submittals, pursuant to CRS 30-20-109 (2) (b) . The current hourly <br /> rate is $72 . 47 . An invoice will be sent after the review of the <br /> final closure documentation. <br /> Your cooperation in dealing with this site is appreciated.
