<br />to the joint use or occupancy of the line or system by any other person, association or corporation for electrification or lele-
<br />phone purposes
<br />First party(iesl do hereby further grant to the second party, its successors and assigns the right to construct and main-
<br />tain access roads on the above described property and across the property of the first partylies) adjoining [he above described
<br />property for the sole purpose of repairing, operating and maintaining said electric transmission line or system.
<br />To have and to hold the said easement above bargained and described, unto the second party, its successors and assigns
<br />furcver. The first partylies) covenant ti,et ti,ey are the owners of the abovet'escribed Lands and that the said lands arc Iree and
<br />clear of encumbrances and liens of whatsoever character except those held by the following persons'.
<br />Second party agrees to install metal gates with double locks where new lence openings are reQuired.
