On
5-4-90 the company signed a contract with the Little Snake Resource Area of the
BLM to purchase limestone from the two new quarry sites. The company has
entered into an agreement with Darryl Steele whereby he may mine and process
and sell limestone products. Several thousand tans have been blasted. Excava-
tion and crushing operations are now being conducted. These limestone products
are being used in nearby coal mines.
During the period since the last anniversary date the company constructed
a new access road from the Maybell-Meeker county road as shown on the included
map. This road has been gravel surfaced and has been approved by the BLM
for those portions across public lands. Some deviations were made in the
original route to allow 'for non-disturbance of possible critical areas.
No reclamation activities have taken place during the preceding year, and
none are anticipated during the upcoming year. However, surficial organic
materials in the area of blasting and excavation have been segregated for
future reclamation activities.
~~,~. 2
Signature
~~
