Several exhibits and
important data contained on CD-ROM were missing from each of the respective reports as
described below.
Seneca II Mine (Pemut No. C-80-005)
Extent of backfilling and grading, topsoil removed, existing topography, aerial photo, and
planned vegetation for 2001.
Seneca II-W Mine (Permit no. C-82-057)
Extent of backl`ill and grading, topsoil replaced, existing topography, aerial photo, and planned
vegetation for 2001.
Yoast Mine (Permit No. C-94-082)
Extent of backfill and grading, existing topography, aerial photo, and planned vegetation for
2001.
These maps aze an integral part of the ARRS since they show where the vazious reclamation
activities occurred during the previous yeaz. The Division uses this information for comparison
with permit provisions to evaluate compliance. SCC committed to providing these exhibits on
CD-ROM in the spring of 2001.
