<br />The majority of the monitoring work was conducted by a consultant, Al Miller <br />' of Steamboat Springs, Colorado during the 1986-1987 water year. Presently <br />the monitoring is conducted by Cyprus Yampa Valley Coal Corporation <br />' personnel. The water quality analyses were performed by ACZ Laboratories <br />(Formerly Bookcliffs) of Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
