In providing such <br />information, the Operator/Applicant may want to contact the local Soil <br />COnseriatiOn DletllCt. <br />Conservation District: Proof of actual delivery or proof of mailing by <br />Certified Mail, return receipt requested, of Notice of the Application to <br />the Montezuma County Hoard of County Coamtissioners and the Boazd of <br />Supervisors of the Mancoe Soil Conservation District. <br />EXHIBITS S - Proof of Filing with County Clerk and Recorder: An affidavit <br />or receipt indicating the date on which the application was placed for <br />public review with the local County Clerk and Recorder. <br />You may amend the application by submitting the requested items. in accordance <br />with Rule 1.8, a decision date will be established 90 days from the date of <br />receipt o£ all requested items. You will need to republish notice which <br />specifies the final date for receiving comments is the 20th day after the fourth <br />publication or the. next regular business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical <br />deficiencies in your application.
