In addition, removal of the gravel would destroy the <br />Bolen Ditch which supplies irrigation water to our land, and it <br />would impound xater against our land raising our ground eater <br />levels. <br />I urge the Division to find the application inadequate and <br />incomplete and simply return it to Mr. Kinney until the ownership <br />and legal right to enter issues are resolved.
