This pit HAS NOT been <br /> granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 <br /> days this year. The areas of disturbance have not changed from <br /> last year so please refer to the Annual Report Map attached for the <br /> areas discussed in this report. <br /> We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br /> questions as required in Rule 1 . 15 of the Rules and Regulations and <br /> the Annual Notice Letter. <br /> ( 1 ) No new area was disturbed this year, we continued to remove <br /> materials from area disturbed in previous years . We removed <br /> materials sand stockpiles that are located within the Plant <br /> Site area and in the southeast corner of the northern lake <br /> area.
