Bottuntland habitat occurs along major creeks <br />iGrassy C'rcek, 5agc Creek, Un Crcckl and their larger tributary dra+vs. <br />On the Seneca II permit area, elevations range from 6,750 to over 8,1(10 feet . 'I-he terrain <br />steadily slopes up++'ard from +sest to cast across the permit sera and steep slopes occur along hvo <br />drainages in the north-central and southeast corner of the permit area. Mining and reclamation <br />;tctivity is largck confined to the central portion of the area. <br />Mountain hntsh is the predominant native habitat un the. pemtit area. Sagebrush <br />(:Irfevnisiu fridwuufu) habitat occurs primarih in the wuthwest part of the permit arcs. There arc <br />a few aspen stands on the area, but they arc limited to north- and cast-facing dra+vs at upper <br />clcv:uions. Batwmland is limited to nartuw bands along larger drainages.
