Purpose and Obiectives <br />BI.M - To learn what reclamation stipulations are required to obtain successful <br />reclamation on disturbed linear rights-of-way occurring on heavy textured <br />soils, receiving less than 12 inches of annual precipitation and subject <br />to fall and spring sheep grazing. <br />SCS.
