COLORA00816N •lnl i/d .791 Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit is March 28, 1985. Mining continued as approved in the Technical Revision dated February, 1985. Please refer to the Annual Report map for the location of areas discussed in this report; the colors correspond with areas colored on the map. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report questions as outlined in Section 2.41 of the Rules and Regulations. 2.41 (1) No new lands have been affected during 1985. Mining continued from the north to the south. We mined 3.96 acres ~ during the last year (blue). (2) Of the area mined last year 3.75 acres ± is lake area and need no further reclamation. The total lake surface exposed to date is 44.37 acres ±; no further reclamation is needed in the lake. No other reclamation was required during this time period. (3) We completed backfilling 1.87 acres ± this year (orange). In addition we placed approximately 1,250 feet of armored banking along the interior of the 100 foot setback, providing temporary fish habitat and preparing the underwater banks for sloping (red). Another 550 feet ± above water sloping was completed in the east central portion of the property (brown). In accordance with an approved Corp of Engineers 404 permit we have begun to prepare the 1,000 feet of river bank for cip-rap installation along the west side of the affected lands (yellow).
