[he operation will not advers ly ff.ect ehc stability of any <br />significant, valuable, and pe ~a~ent man-mode structures located <br />within two hundred Ceet of the EFected land, except where there <br />is an agreement between the op -ator and the persons having an <br />interest in the structure tha amage to the structure is to be <br />compensated for by the opera or; and <br />3) the proposed mining operas' ns an reclamation can be carried out <br />in conformance with the r luiremen s oC C.It.S. ].973, 34-32-116, <br />as amended (1976 Sess.
