The experimental <br />mine discharge treatment system for the North Thompson Creek No. 2 Mine was <br />engineered and installed under the supervision of Colorado Mined Land Reclamation, <br />CMLRD, Abandoned Mines program. An agreement was reached between CMLRD and <br />COH prior to installation of the treatment system relieving Snowmass of responsibility <br />for the No. 2 Mine discharge. <br />Your letter concerning improving the No. 2 Mine treatment system is being forwarded <br />to Dave Holm, CMLRD.
