EXHIBIT E
Provisions for the protection of the health, safety, and welfare of the
inhabitants of the neighborhood and the County.
This amendment is intended to address the placement of several structures on site and will
not increase the need for protection of the health, safety, and welfare of the inhabitants of the
neighborhood and the County.
The installation of a septic tank was previously approved as Standard 12 in the original
approval and Standard 5 in the amended USR. The septic system design approval is
attached.
A road maintenance and improvement agreement with Weld County was established in 1983.
A resolution between the Western Mobile Companies, our competitors, and Weld County
was signed and recorded in 1993 to include both a short term and a long term road
maintenance and improvement agreement. This agreement includes road impacts from the
Cottonwood Pit and designates which roads will be used as haul routes. A copy of this
resolution is also included under this exhibit because it has been updated since the last
approval for USR 488.
