'`~: <br />JUrJ :: <br />rVi ir~L'`J 6..iZir 6. <br />The operator (Logan County) files this notice of intent to continue sand and <br />gravel operations at the Guenzi Sand and Gravel Pit, M-87-159. <br />According to the revision of November, 1988, an updated map is included as: <br />1) It shows land affected in 1989. Approximately 15,727 cubic yards were <br />mined and paid for; <br />2) It shows reclamation areas to date; <br />3) It shows anticipated mining activity in 1990; <br />4) Land has been reclaimed in the last year (see map for approximate <br />location). Overburden and topsoil will be spread over affected areas <br />according to the Mining Plan and Reclamation Plan. <br />5) Reclamation will occur on an on-going basis where there is a sufficient <br />area affected (usually 3-5 acres) and when economically feasible. <br />$50.00 permit fee waived. <br />Sincerely, <br />Richard Snook <br />Logan County Planner <br />RS/pb <br />xJ <br />
