General gradation and characteristics of material <br />No apparent change from May 8, 1991 inspection. <br />3. Presence of water, surface and ground Seepage occurring along the lower <br />part of drainage channel across from the middle of tree cluster. The <br />flow is flowing into Pond #004. <br />4. Condition of underdrain (approx. current width, depth, and length), material <br />gradation and characteristic, compaction, presence. of water W/p <br />5. General material movement Minor settlement tracks within backfilled anA <br />graded area above old highwall. Will be kept under observation. <br />6. Proximity and treatment of seep points N/A <br />7. Condition of slope fill surface (grading, cracks or sloughing, erosion, <br />revegetation) The general condition of the graded surface is good. <br />Vegetation cover around check dams. No maior visible evidence of <br />severe erosion or cracking extent as noted. <br />e. Recommendation Continued observation when the fill is placed and <br />the West Wadge pit is graded and reclaimed. Differential settlement <br />and erosion should be monitored and repaired as necets~ry_ <br />9.
