Dept. of N2t~rel pesources <br />Attached herewith is our annual report with map and fees. Our total <br />disturbance in this our first year of mining is 6.8 acres. No reclamation <br />has been initiated this Year. The revised southern boundary is shown as <br />modified to include the access road encroachment. In reviewing our Technical <br />Revision for the bean spoil area, I encountered an error, on my part, regarding <br />acreage exchanged. The areas exchanged were triangular in shape. The area <br />deleted was 670' by 360' or 2.768 acres. The area added was 670' by 260' or <br />2.000 acres and not the 2.68 acres I called out in my response letter to you <br />dated 19 Feb 1985. This resulted in a net acreage of 31.232 acres in our <br />permit boundary. The addition of 0.23 acres from our access road construction <br />still maintains our permitted acreage under the 32.0 acres. <br />In addition to the areas indicated in our annual report to be reclaimed <br />next year, I expect to have the cut and fill slopes of our mine quarry access <br />road reseeded. Since this will remain our primary access to the quarry I have <br />not included it in the to be reclaimed category.
