There has not been any <br />activity at this gravel pit for the last twelve months, except for <br />loading gravel from the stockpiles. <br />Two copies of the Annual Reclamation Map for this reporting period <br />have been included with this submittal. The information on the map <br />is the same as the 1994 map, since no additional activity has taken <br />place in the last two years. An error in the scale of the map was <br />detected upon review of what was sent in the 1994 package. The map <br />scale is actually 1" = 200' and not 1" = 400' as shown on the 1994 <br />map. <br />Check No. 006131 in the amount of $550.00 is enclosed for the <br />annual fee.
