•
•

Sanitary Sewer Line. The plant sanitary sewer line is buried below grade. The line is located between
the administration building and wastewater treatment plant at the lower tce of the slide. The line will be
inspected and any leaks will be repatred to prevent infiltration into [he slide. Conswction of additional
corrective measures will be based upon the Observational Approach, with measures undertaken only if
dictated by the observed conditions.
Horizontal Dewatering Trenches, Micropiles and Retaining Wall Repairs. Further corrective
measures could include other horizontal dewatering trenches, micro piles and retaining wall repairs at the
portal and along the access roads. The nature of these repairs is discussed in detail in the 1999 Addendum.
The observational approach will continue to be used to determine if these types of repairs are required in
the future.
Barr Engineering Company
PCDOCS~230503ICAK
December 15, 2000
Appendl: J
2001 Addendum to
7997/98 Landslide Corrective Measures Report
