Tfl summary, the long-term stability of the overall landslide has been increased with the corrective measures
in place combined with recent climatic effects experienced. During exceptionally wet conditioos, increases
in hydrostatic heads may decrease the factor of safety, but the overall landslide is calculated to be stable
against catastrophic movement. Additional remedial measures can be implemented, if required to further
improve groundwater conditions in the slide, including the F-seam sump rehabilitation and the upper
diversion ditch repair.
Continued monitoring and implementation of additional appropriate corrective measures, as determined by
the observational approach, could further increase the stability of landslide if so required.
Berr Englneering Company
PCDOCSt230503/CAK
December 15, 2000
17 Appendix J
2007 Addendum to
1997N8 Lentlsllde Correotlve Measures Report
