<br />\J <br />CJ <br />Factor of safety results of the modeling, can be summarized as follows: <br />• 1997 Condition: Factor of Safety = 1.04 <br />• 1998 Condition: Factor of Safety = 1.28 <br />• 1999 Condition: Factor of Safety = 1.33 <br />• 2000 Condition: Factor of Safety = 1.34 <br />• 2001 Condition: Factor of Safety = 1.35 <br />The stability analysis indicates a slight increase in stability of 1% from 2000 to 2001. This increase in <br />slope stability is due to the vend in lower groundwater levels in and around the landslide. <br />J4.3 Pin (Micro-Pile Analyses) <br />See [he "1997/98 Landslide Corrective Measures Report" for a discussion on micro pile analysis. The <br />model predicted a displacement of 1.8 feet.
