I performed soil density tests, <br />as requested by Mr. Barbe, of material being placed on gob pile for storage, using nuclear soil density <br />test methods. Please refer to the test results sheets for approximate test locations and test results. The <br />test results were verbally given to Mr. Barbe, of West Elk Mine, at the time of our site visit. The test <br />locations were determined by West Elk Mine.
