The water quality reports (laboratory parameters for groundwater and surface water) <br />provided in Appendix D and Appendix E should have an explanation for the symbols "B" <br />and "<" as a footnote. It would also be helpful to put the baseline analyses for both the <br />field pazameters and laboratory parameters on these reports.
