which must occur within a specifically short time to satisfy the terms of a
governmental contract. If you wish to continuously mine this site, you should
re-apply for a 110(2) Limited Impact permit or a 112 Regular permit. You may contact
the Division for the proper application package.
The annual fee, report, and map required by C.R.S. 34-32-116(3 and 4) and
34-32-127(2)(a)(II)(A-D) must be submitted on or before your permit anniversary date
listed below. The annual fee (this is NOT a renewal fee), report, and map are for
mining and reclamation during the PREVIOUS year, and are due and payable unless your
reclamation bond is released in its entirety before your anniversary date.
