In order to demonstrate consistency of compaction results throughout the <br />GOB pile, BRL should complete a vertical column density determination in <br />at least three locations on the GOB pile. <br />c. The material that needs to be tested for compaction is in those lifts that were <br />constructed before the first compaction test was performed, on March 5, <br />1998.
