The Notice of Intent shall contain an annual fee of $50.00 and a map or statement that shall indicate: (a) the land affected during the previous year; (b) the land to he affected during the coming year; and (c) any land reclaimed during the preceding year." i~A1~lE: Andersen Construction Co.
