During 1989, approximately five (5) acres were disturbed.
The enclosed map shows these acreages in three separate
areas. Area One contains about two (2) acres; Area Two is
two (2) acres; and Area Three is one (1) acre.
2. The Area One parcel of about two (2) acres in size has been
reclaimed by grading and sloping. Areas Two and Three are
now being actively mined.
3. No grass vegetation has been planted.
4. No fertilizers or soil conditioners have been used.
5. The sloping has been in place for several months and no
erosion or sloughing has occurred. During my inspection I
found no evidence of any trees being removed or disturbed.
The trees have not yet leafed out, but the buds are swollen
on all the trees. There are no exposed roots nor any other
damage to the cottonwood trees.
6. During 1990 we would expect about two to three more acres
will be affected by mining.
7. The effective date of this information is April, 1990.
Cordially,
TUTTLE APPLEGATE, INC.
j i
i - /
Gary~J.
