Long <br />Cauyon Mine (C-81-020) Division Director <br />Dear Mt. Walters: <br />The Division has reviewed the above referenced annual reclamation reports. The report for McClane <br />Canyon Mine is acceptable as submitted, and meets the requirements of Rule 2.04.13. There is an appazent <br />discrepancy in the Munger Canyon report, which needs to be certected. The report lists total disturbance <br />acreage of 5.6 acres. This is not in agreement with permit text, which indicates mine site (bench and access <br />road) disturbance of 9.2 acres, and Loma loadout disturbance as 5.6 acres.
