Therefore, aft recrorded monitoring events are considered Baseline. The monitoring points for S32-6 is located along the remains of an old power line or ranching trail reaching up from the floow of the valley created by Terror Creek. This same trail reaches P32-3 and then joins the WAPA power transmission line access road. Baseline Information Collection initiatetl on 6110198 and not yet considered complete.
